Ingredients:
- 2 pieces of salmon fillet
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black peppercorns roughly mash
- 4 tsp honey
- 4 tsp flour
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
salsa:
(stir well)
- 1 pc ripe avocados, peeled, diced
- 50 g onion, roughly chopped
- 1 teaspoon grated orange peel neval
- 2 pcs neval orange, peel, remove the husk, cut into pieces
- 1 teaspoon grated lime peel
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped
- pinch of salt
- a pinch of black pepper mashed rough
How to make:
- Rub each salmon fillet with salt and black pepper. Let stand for 10 minutes.
- Brush the salmon with honey. Sprinkle salmon with flour.
- Heat the olive oil in a nonstick pan. Cook salmon until browned. Turn the salmon and cook again until browned. Lift. Place the salmon on the grill rack.
- Bake the salmon in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes or until cooked. Remove and serve with salsa.
